Honestly I never had a Colombian fashion designer in my list of favorites till Isabel caviedes and Johanna Ortiz the center of today’s post.

Johanna is a fashion designer that created her identity without being too repetitive in her collections, although I follow her not long ago I can now see a piece of clothing and be aware that is from her. Her work is different in every collection but her designs do have some characteristic like the off-shoulder look that Johanna thinks is one of the sexiest parts of a woman ( and I do not disagree, it gives a really elegant and sexy look) ,  besides ruffles and vibrant tones in her clothing.

In the images you can appreciated part of her S/S 16 collection called “à la dérive”  inspired in the landscapes and architecture in Spain, where she mix elegant black and white pieces with dresses in amazing prints with big flowers, stripes and dots. I highlight from the collection the deconstruction of the classic withe shirt that she takes to another level.
